1. Overview

This website, hollowayhide.store, is operated by Holloway & Hide LTD, trading as Holloway & Hide (“we”, “us”, “our”), whose registered mailing address is shown in our Legal Notice. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Returns & Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping Policy (together, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

2. Using our site

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
  • You agree to give accurate, complete and current information when you order or contact us.
  • You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to introduce viruses or harmful code, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with how the site works.
  • We may refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken or an order is fraudulent.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our jackets as accurately as we can. Because leather, suede and shearling are natural materials, grain, texture, shade and distressing vary from piece to piece. Colours may look different on different screens. Sizes follow the size chart on each product page, so please check it before ordering. We do not guarantee that every description, image or price on the site is free of error.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
  • If we find a pricing or listing error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or offer you the chance to confirm the order at the correct price.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors, and we do not store your full card details.
  • Shipping is free. Duties and import taxes are included for the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. See section 6.

5. Orders

Every jacket is customised and made to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Because jackets are made to order, delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe takes approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is free. Duties and import taxes are included for the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. For any other destination, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us promptly about any damage.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photographs, text, logos, product names, designs and graphics, belongs to Holloway & Hide or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or modify any content without our written permission.

9. Customer content and reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or messages, you confirm that you own them or have permission to share them, and that they are lawful and do not infringe anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content on our site, social media and advertising. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

Our site may link to or use services from third parties (for example, payment providers, shipping carriers, and advertising or analytics platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Privacy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics and advertising (including pixels from platforms such as Pinterest, Meta and Google). You can manage cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site and purchases from it.
