Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are sent by air with tracking.

Made to order: delivery in about 3 weeks

Every jacket is customised and made fresh after you order. Delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe takes approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation. This covers making and quality-checking your jacket, dispatch and delivery.

Order confirmed: you receive an order confirmation email.
Crafting and quality check: your jacket is individually cut, stitched, finished and inspected.
Dispatch: your jacket is packed and shipped, and you receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery: your jacket arrives at your door.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. For other destinations, please email us before ordering so we can confirm availability and delivery time.

Duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are included for the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States, so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. See our Order Tracking page.

Delays

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will email you with an update. If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, email us at support@hollowayhide.store with your order number and we will look into it straight away.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
