Track your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

How to track

1. Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email from Holloway & Hide.
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number and enter it on the carrier's website.
3. Your tracking page shows the current status and the estimated delivery date.

What to expect

Every jacket is customised and made to order. Your jacket is first crafted and quality-checked, and you receive your tracking number when it is dispatched. Delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe takes approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation. See our Shipping Policy.

My tracking isn't updating

Tracking information can take up to 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If it has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will check with the carrier.
