Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Holloway & Hide jacket. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, and returns are free.

Free returns

We cover the cost of returning an eligible jacket. You pay nothing to send it back.

Return eligibility

  • Request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The jacket must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please try it on indoors over clean clothing only.
  • Please have your order number ready as proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Jackets with personalised text added, such as initials or a name, because they are made specially for one person
  • Gift cards
  • Items clearly marked 'Final Sale' on the product page

If any item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, it can always be returned. See below.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@hollowayhide.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorisation and the return instructions or prepaid label.
  3. Pack the jacket securely in its original packaging and send it back as instructed.
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we email you to confirm your refund.

Important: please do not send anything until you have received our return instructions. Returns are only accepted at the address given in our reply email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us. We can make a replacement for you. Because every jacket is made to order, a replacement takes approximately 3 weeks. If you would like help choosing a size first, contact us before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@hollowayhide.store with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.

Duties and taxes

Duties and import taxes are included for the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. For any other destination, duties charged by customs are collected by your country's authorities and are non-refundable.

Natural leather

Leather is a natural material. Small variations in grain, texture, shade and distressing are normal and are not defects. Screen settings may also make colours look slightly different from the real jacket.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
