How to measure
  • Chest: around the fullest part of your chest and across your shoulder blades.
  • Waist: around the top of your hips, where pants sit.
  • Shoulder: from shoulder tip to shoulder tip, across your back.
  • Sleeve length: from the tip of your shoulder to the bottom of your wrist.
  • Length: from the tip of your shoulders to your hips.

30-day returns: Eligible standard jackets may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping covered by us.

Damage: Please notify us of damage within 7 days of delivery where possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Customized jackets: Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for personalized or made-to-measure jackets. Manufacturing defects and errors in agreed customization remain covered.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after return inspection.

Our craftsmanship: Genuine leather jackets made through our own manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan.
