Perfect fit, needs real distressing so I’ll wear it when I ride. Seems like good quality leather and came in nice packaging. 5’10 175lb and I ordered a large.

Not sure why anyone would give this jacket a bad review. Very supple nice quality leather. Classic motorcycle jacket fit. Size L fits me perfectly. I’m 6ft 175lbs. I didn’t find it too tight in the arms like some people say. I’m lean but athletic build. In a t-shirt jacket feels comfortably loose. I could probably fit a thin sweater underneath as well. I feel I could wear the medium size for a more snug fit. The “worn look” patina look looks good. I was afraid it would look cheap but it doesn’t. Great price for the quality.

This jacket is awesome! I cannot tell you how great it is! The hand of the leather….like butta! The details, the distress, the cut, off the chart! I wore it this morning just making coffee, in the house, in the kitchen. It’s not even cold outside! Ok, the jacket is lightweight. It is slim cut. I am 5’9” 165 39” chest. The medium is perfect. Amazing fit. Great style. Did I mention the details…the sleeve zips go all the way to your elbow! I don’t know why I like that but I do! The seams in the back taper in, giving a V silhouette The racing stripes on the left arm are very cool. Oh, the price-a steal. The quality is very good. They mentioned something about the smell, yeah! It smells like fine leather. I hung it right up with the rest of my clothes! Maybe my suits will smell like leather too! Buy it! It has a total of 5 pockets. Two inside pockets, one zips.

Jild lambskin leather jacket very nice buttery soft real leather, BUT, beware IF ordereding a CUSTOM SIZE. This was Jilds’ 2nd attempt @ custom sizing jacket size, needed XXS-XXXS basically but smallest available size was XS, so I requested custom sizing. The 1st jacket was nearly perfect except sleeve length was too short. Jild refunded cost of 1st jacket & I placed duplicate order for this jacket, the 2nd leather jacket custom sized again. Sadly, this 2nd jacket was incorrectly sized as was the 1st, except this time more than just the sleeve length was off, short by an inch inch in a half & chest protruded so badly I looked ridiculous. I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am, it’s a quality buttery soft lambskin real leather jacket I REALLY wanted to fit properly 😞, but I couldn’t take a chance for the 3rd time hoping Jild would get it right this time….i just don’t understand HOW Jild couldn’t properly size jacket, they advertise they can & do????

This Jacket is outstanding!

Smells good, feels good, interior is high quality, quilted with great care along with the same standard on the exterior.

Exterior does NOT look distressed and has a dress jacket style because of its smooth, slick look with shiny brass zippers and collar buttons... it's is a high quality lamb skin finish real leather that really is impresssive....

I'm 6'2" 175lbs and slim with long arms. I bought a size medium after reading reviews on sizing and it fits perfectly. Its snug on me and the arm length is perfect. I planned to wear this with just a t-shirt, so it works for me. If you want a little more room, I'd go size up. Leather quality is good and very supple. The distressing is minimal and not "overdone". Buttons and zippers are good quality and the gold color looks great against the black leather. Pockets are big and useful with 2 inside pockets (one has a zipper)! Lining is nice, but there is no quilted insulation. This jacket is more for fashion than for biker utility. I'm very pleased with it. Its a great deal for the price.

I was leery about purchasing this jacket, but when it arrived today, I was pleasantly surprised. The leather is smooth, soft, and supple. As other reviewers have noted, the sleeves are pretty tight, so if you’re going to wear this jacket, you won’t be layering clothing underneath it. It is clearly intended to be worn over a shirt, and not much else.

Some people have also mentioned the smell. I can confirm this is true. When you first bust it out of the bag, there’s a strong chemical-y smell, presumably left over from the dyeing process…? However, if you hang the jacket up and leave I to air out for a few days, I have no doubt it will be fine. On this point, I will update my review in the future.

Finally, it may not be clear in the photo, but the zippers are all gold in color. Not silver or black as you might expect with a dark-colored jacket. I’m not a big fan of gold, and would have preferred something a bit less ostentatious, a bit more muted like gunmetal, or black. But it’s not a deal-breaker
