FedEx shipping: Holloway & Hide covers international delivery, applicable import duties and taxes for eligible destinations.
30-day returns: Eligible standard jackets may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping covered by us.
Damage: Please notify us of damage within 7 days of delivery where possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Customized jackets: Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for personalized or made-to-measure jackets. Manufacturing defects and errors in agreed customization remain covered.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after return inspection.
Our craftsmanship: Genuine leather jackets made through our own manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Sizing & fit
- Material: Suede-finish sheepskin, shearling lapels
- Lining: Soft lining
- Fit: Fitted at the waist; size up for layers. See our Size Guide.
- Closure: Front zip with belt
Leather care
- Brush gently in one direction with a suede brush to lift dust and restore the nap.
- Keep dry: do not use water, damp cloths or liquid cleaners on suede-finish leather. Use a suede eraser for small marks.
- Apply a suede protector spray before first wear (test on a hidden area first) and reapply each season.
- If it gets damp, air-dry naturally on a padded hanger away from direct heat, then brush the nap.
- No machine washing, tumble drying or ironing. Take heavy stains to a professional suede and leather cleaner.
- Store on a wide padded hanger in a breathable garment bag.
- Shearling parts: brush or comb gently to keep the wool soft. Never soak or use water on shearling; spot-clean only with a professional shearling cleaner and air the jacket out after wearing.
