FedEx shipping: Holloway & Hide covers international delivery, applicable import duties and taxes for eligible destinations.
30-day returns: Eligible standard jackets may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping covered by us.
Damage: Please notify us of damage within 7 days of delivery where possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Customized jackets: Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for personalized or made-to-measure jackets. Manufacturing defects and errors in agreed customization remain covered.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after return inspection.
Our craftsmanship: Genuine leather jackets made through our own manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan.

The Vixen is a women's leather racer jacket, cropped and close-fitted with soft-grain leather and minimal seams for easy layering. Every handmade leather jacket here is made new to order in our own workshop, so you can choose a custom leather jacket fit from your measurements at the same price, plus colours and a monogram.
Sizing & fit
True to size with a tailored fit. Find your size in the Size Guide — men's and women's tables in inches and cm. Between sizes, or planning layers underneath? Go one size up. Or send us your five measurements (chest, shoulders, sleeve, waist, back length) and we make it to you — at the same price.
Leather care
Wipe with a soft, dry or barely damp microfibre cloth after wearing to remove dust and surface dirt. Condition occasionally with a suitable leather conditioner, and store on a wide hanger away from direct heat and sunlight. Full routine: The Leather Jacket Care Guide.

- Free worldwide shipping: sent by FedEx with all taxes and duties prepaid — the price you see is the price you pay, nothing extra on delivery. After dispatch: UK 3–5 days, Europe 5–8 days, USA & Canada 7–12 days, rest of the world 10–15 days.
