FedEx shipping: Holloway & Hide covers international delivery, applicable import duties and taxes for eligible destinations.
30-day returns: Eligible standard jackets may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping covered by us.
Damage: Please notify us of damage within 7 days of delivery where possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Customized jackets: Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for personalized or made-to-measure jackets. Manufacturing defects and errors in agreed customization remain covered.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after return inspection.
Our craftsmanship: Genuine leather jackets made through our own manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan.

The Hazel is a women's vintage washed jacket in real leather, with the relaxed, worn-in feel of genuine leather jackets that have already been loved. Each one is handmade to order in our own workshop, so it is a custom leather jacket from the start: choose your colour and size, or send your measurements for a fit cut to you at the same price.
Sizing & fit
True to size with a tailored fit. Find your size in the Size Guide — men's and women's tables in inches and cm. Between sizes, or planning layers underneath? Go one size up. Or send us your five measurements (chest, shoulders, sleeve, waist, back length) and we make it to you — at the same price.

Care Instructions: Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
